OHIP currently doesn’t cover Chiropody services. But most extended health benefit plans cover Chiropody services and orthopedic devices under the umbrella of paramedical services.

Professional treatment for athlete’s foot, plantar warts, and bunions.
It’s not required when seeing a Chiropodist. They have the ability to prescribe. It’s included in the fee for the initial assessment. You can bring in a prescription when seeing a footcare nurse for compression stockings.
