We answer the top questions our foot clinic gets asked.
OHIP currently doesn't cover Chiropody services. But most extended health benefit plans cover Chiropody services and orthopedic devices under the umbrella of paramedical services.
We don't direct bill insurance companies. We provide you with all necessary paperwork/receipts to submit to your insurance company at the time of service. All you do is fill out your claim form and send it to your insurance company.
You don't need a referral for an initial assessment or treatment. We accept all patients.
If you wish to utilize your extended health benefits, ask your insurance provider for your plan's details.

We have 8 easily accessible locations in Ontario. Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Midtown Toronto, Barrie, Ottawa, with more coming soon.
You can find orthotics at any of our easily accessible locations in Ontario. Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Midtown Toronto, Barrie, Ottawa.
We don't take walk-in appointments. If you have an emergency, please go to your nearest hospital's emergency. They will assess you and refer you to us if appropriate care is needed.
Chiropodists are Ontario-trained professionals, and Podiatrists are usually trained in other regions. Chiropodists and Podiatrists work under similar scopes of practice in Ontario.

- Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork.
- Wear or bring the shoes you wear most often or any shoes you have questions we can answer.
- Please wear clothing that can roll up to your knees.
- If you're seeking nail treatments, please remove all nail polish from your toenails.
- Please bring any pairs of orthotics that you may currently have.
- If you’ve already had any x-rays or blood work completed, please bring the reports with you. However, they’re not necessary to book an appointment with us.
- Please bring a list of any current medications you are taking.
