Why Your Knees Hurt After a Long Day of Walking: Understanding the Link Between Foot Posture and Knee Pain
Knee pain after a day of walking is something many of us experience at some point, especially after being on our feet for long periods.
From routine skin and nail care and treatment for fungal toenails to custom orthotics and
compression stockings, we offer solutions to keep your feet comfortable and healthy.
From the mildest foot discomfort to unbearable pain, you shouldn’t ignore foot problems. Athlete’s foot, a bunion, foot corns or a plantar wart can turn into something bigger if left untreated.
Our foot clinic identifies the source of your pain and recommend the best treatment plan for the best outcome.
Our premium compression socks improve circulation and reduce swelling, while our custom orthotics provide personalized support to relieve pain and enhance mobility. Available at all our clinics, including Toronto, Barrie, Vaughan, Brampton, and more.
Improve circulation and reduce swelling with our high-quality compression socks. Many of our patients also use them to ease tired, achy legs and to help manage varicose or spider veins, making them a practical choice for everyday comfort and long-term leg health.
